About the position
BeeKind ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Technician (BT), or Paraprofessional to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 2–16. Services take place in clients’ homes, schools, daycares, and community settings and focus on social, communication, daily living, and other skills. Clients may display mild maladaptive behaviors described as minimally intrusive to staff. The RBT tailors engaging sessions to each client’s needs, collects data to track progress, and writes detailed session notes documenting development.
The listed schedule is 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in-home in Jonesboro, Georgia. Sessions last up to 3–4 hours per case. The employer says cases are Monday through Friday and that weekend work is not expected unless requested by the staff member. Pay is \$20–\$25 per hour, plus a \$2-per-hour shift differential. Pay depends on education and experience, with opportunities to increase pay through professional development, performance, and paid remote training. The posting mentions part-time and full-time opportunities.
BeeKind describes its workplace as supportive and focused on compassionate, ethical care, open communication, professional growth, and employee well-being. Staff have access to 2–6 hours of BCBA support per case, fieldwork opportunities, and company-issued tablets, client reinforcers, and an educational platform for client engagement.
