As we continue expanding our U.S. operations, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to develop partnerships with U.S.-based subsidiaries of European companies and help them attract exceptional talent across a variety of industries.

As a Recruitment Consultant on our European Desk, you'll take ownership of the full client and candidate lifecycle. From developing new business opportunities to successfully placing exceptional talent, you'll play a key role in driving growth for both our clients and YER.

Tasks

• Business Development: Build and grow a portfolio of European-owned businesses across the United States through proactive business development and relationship building.
• Recruitment Leadership: Lead recruitment assignments from intake to placement, delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
• Consultative Sales: Negotiate terms and conditions of retained recruitment agreements.
• Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, supporting them throughout their hiring processes.
• Ownership & Autonomy: Operate with independence, bringing your own style and strategy to achieve results.

Successful candidates are naturally curious, relationship-driven, and motivated by achieving results. They enjoy networking, uncovering business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

• Fluently bilingual is a requirement
• Work or Life experience in a European country is a must.
• Proven track record in B2B Sales is required
• Hunger for new business and thriving in a hard target-based sales environment
• Work experience in the United States preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and professionalism
• You are results focused, proactive, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
