Human Resources Consultant -Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Custom Human Resource Solutions is seeking a rockstar HR consultant to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced bilingual HR Consultant to support clients throughout the North Metro Atlanta area. This role provides hands-on HR guidance, policy support, and employee relations assistance in a remote environment with occasional onsite visits. The ideal candidate is bilingual, client-focused, and brings a strong foundation in employment law and HR best practices.

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required) – Full professional proficiency required.
• Active HR certification required (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
• Undergraduate degree in related discipline
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

• Expert level knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends

• Provide HR consulting and employee relations support to multiple clients across Southern California
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders from frontline managers through the C-suite on employee relations issues as they arise
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and California employment laws
• Support managers and employees with workplace issues and HR best practices
• Assist with recruiting processes and consistent HR practices
• Communicate effectively and professionally in both languages with employees and leadership
• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a reliable HR partner
• Work as part of the CHRS consulting team to deliver best-in-class HR service to clients
