Wyoming Trust Attorney designs Wyoming Qualified Spendthrift and other Irrevocable Trusts for business owners, professionals (such as physicians) and high-net-worth families.

We've drafted more than 500 of them.

Clients come to us to protect what they've builtfrom divorce, lawsuits, a death in the family, or a business falling apart when a partner dies.

We've built a full system around the trust, from intake and a client portal to documents and ongoing administration.

The firm was founded by Mark Pierce.

Mark has practiced for 42 years as a CPA, litigator, federal bankruptcy trustee and business owner.

He has seen these trusts tested from the other side, and he built the firm around making sure ours hold up.

You'll work with him directly.

• You'll be the first attorney our clients talk to.
• We'll send you 5 to 15 qualified consultations a month.
• Your job is to work out whether a QST is the right fit for each client.
• If it is, you help them understand why and guide them to a decision.

In each consultation, you'll walk through the client's assets, family situation and business interests, figure out where they're exposed, and lay out the plan that fits them.

By the end of the call, the client should know whether a QST makes sense, what it would look like and what it costs.

You won't need a sales pitch.

Clients move forward when a knowledgeable attorney gives them a clear, honest recommendation.

We do not hype one trust (or any trust for that matter) over another.

It's part-time and flexible, usually 20 to 40 hours a month.

• You're a licensed attorney, possibly early in your career.
• You like sitting down with clients and want to get good at sophisticated trust and asset protection work.
• You don't need QST experience, but you need to be willing to learn how we do things and serve our clients.
• You need to explain complicated structures in plain English, be responsive, and be comfortable on video calls.
• When you see a way to improve how we work, bring it to the team.
• We want those ideas.

• Licensed attorney in good standing (any U.S.

state)

• Interest in trusts, asset protection or legacy planning
• Willingness to learn our process and work within it
• Availability for some consults during business hours (see below)
• You cannot be racist, sexist or otherwise

• Experience with Wyoming trusts, asset protection and fraudulent transfer and LLC analysis
• Background in tax, business or high-net-worth planning

• You set your own hours.
• Because many clients book during the workday, we ask that you keep at least 6 hours a week open for consults between 9am and 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, spread across at least two days.
• Availability for evening or weekend consults is a plus.
• We'll work out the exact schedule with you so it fits both sides.

• $5,000 per completed trust engagement, paid monthly.
• This is a contract position.
