An experienced tax professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in pass-through entity and corporate taxation.

Lead complex tax engagements, oversee compliance, mentor staff, and serve as the primary client contact while identifying tax planning opportunities.

Hiring immediately to support continued growth in the regional tax practice.

Raleigh, NC market on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days per week in office).

The Senior Tax Manager will manage client tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and provide strategic planning guidance while leading and developing less experienced professionals across a variety of industries.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review complex tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth segments.
• Solve tax and business challenges using strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional client service and identify forward-looking tax planning opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of pass-through entity taxation and general corporate taxation.
• Working knowledge of partnership taxation, including equity investment structures.
