A high-growth organization at $150M in revenue with a clear path to $200M+ is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic and operational leader—driving financial visibility, scalability, and performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining FP&A, finance strategy, and operational execution. Ideal for someone who can both build the financial model and operate in the details.

Base Salary: $170,000 – $200,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)

The company is scaling from $150M to $200M+ through organic growth and acquisitions.

You will:

Build and scale the finance function

Drive data-driven decision-making

Create structure in a fast-moving environment

Play a key role in positioning the business for its next phase

• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Own FP&A and financial reporting
• Develop bank reporting and financial visibility
• Build scalable financial infrastructure and processes
• Support post-merger integration
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
• Create visual dashboards and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to drive growth and performance
• Leverage and optimize Sage Intacct

Must-Have:

10–15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting

Strong financial modeling and FP&A background

Advanced Excel (must be highly proficient)

Experience with bank reporting / financial operations

Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment

Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (required) Preferred (Not Required):

CPA

Power BI or Tableau

Experience with AI/data tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Post-merger integration experience
