Position: Citrix Technical Account Executive

The Citrix Technical Account Executive (TAM) is a vital role focused on fostering strong, strategic relationships with customers and partners. This position shifts customer interactions from merely reactive support to a proactive partnership that drives value and success. As the primary technical advisor, you will champion the adoption and utilization of Citrix Solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes. Collaborating closely with Sales teams, you will enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

• Act as the main technical contact for selected Arrow ECS end customers.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of 10-15 customer accounts, each varying in complexity and strategic importance.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with technical leaders, sales executives, and presales solution architects.
• Lead proactive customer engagement calls on a regular basis, including in-depth quarterly strategic reviews.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of solutions that are aligned with assigned business goals.
• Craft and implement tailored technical adoption plans to accelerate customers' time-to-value.
• Identify and address technical challenges or risks proactively.
• Support initiatives to enable partners through workshops and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with Arrow and Citrix ATS, Sales Engineering, and Product teams for seamless execution.
• Oversee and guide the Proof of Concept (POC) / Proof of Value (POV) processes as necessary.
• Coordinate Executive Briefings with Citrix for strategic customers to share product roadmaps.

Engage customers through structured agendas which include:

• Product updates with critical insights.
• Review environment changes and customer initiatives.
• Monitor and prioritize open support tickets.
• Discuss upcoming projects and identify any associated risks, including potential renewal risks.
• Provide updates from Citrix/Partners and manage escalations.
• Gather and track customer satisfaction metrics.

• 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies or related platforms.
• Abundant experience collaborating with channel partners, internal sales and pre-sales teams, distributors, enterprise clients, and professional services.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• A proven ability to thrive in global, collaborative environments.
• A proactive and accountable individual who excels at building relationships within accounts.

For candidates in Colorado: Hybrid work model requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote work on Monday and Friday.

For candidates in other states: Fully Remote with potential travel to an Arrow office as needed by leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $138,900.00 - $170,000.00 OTE

Compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base salary and target incentive will be finalized at offer.
