Controller

We are a growing construction company based in Newnan, Georgia, with annual revenues of $10–15 million. We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll administration, and job cost accounting.

• Manage all accounting and financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management
• Maintain accurate job costing and project financial reporting
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external CPA Firm
• Manage sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Utilize Foundation Software for accounting, payroll, and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (highly preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Previous Controller or senior accounting experience REQUIRED
• Experience with Foundation Software highly preferred
• Knowledge of construction job costing and WIP reporting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
