A Houston-based manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced accounting professional.What: Oversee accounting operations with a focus on GAAP compliance; CPA is a plus.When: Hiring immediately.Where: Houston, TX.Why: The company is looking to strengthen its financial leadership team.Office Environment: On-site in a dynamic manufacturing setting.Salary: $160,000–$175,000 annually.

This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader with 7–10 years of experience who can help elevate financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You’ll work directly with leadership to improve processes and support strategic initiatives.

● Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes● Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies● Manage general ledger, reporting, and financial controls● Collaborate with operations and leadership on business strategy● Support audits and oversee internal control frameworks● Identify opportunities for process improvements

● 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience● Strong GAAP knowledge● CPA is a plus● Experience in manufacturing or similar industries preferred● Excellent leadership and communication skills
