About the job

WinGen is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of our enterprise retail and OEM programs end to end. The role is dedicated to WinGen's largest accounts, Fortune 100 retailers and Fortune 500 manufacturers, and to the operational systems those programs run on. It is not a single-product backlog role, and it is distinct from the Journey Connected Data "Technical Project Manager" opening, which is filled.

Enterprise programs are won at the executive level and delivered in configuration. Once a retailer or manufacturer commits, someone has to stand the program up: territories, store coverage, appointment types, availability feeds, lead routing, escalation paths, and the reporting that shows it is working. That is what this role owns. You will be the person the account team, engineering, and the customer go to when they need to know whether a program is live.

This is not a traditional project management role. You will not be tracking a plan someone else wrote. You will decide what the plan is, state your assumptions clearly, and carry the program through to the point where the customer can see it working in their own system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own enterprise program delivery end to end, from signed agreement through live production, across retail and OEM partners.
  • Serve as technical owner for retailer web-scheduling onboarding: provider configuration, store and territory setup, appointment types and schedules, and the availability checks that confirm a program is live on the retailer's site.
  • Translate between the customer, the account team, and engineering, turning a commercial commitment into a specification engineering can build against.
  • Verify delivery against the original specification rather than the task list. A clean run confirms the process executed; confirming that the customer is live is a separate step, and this role owns it.
  • Run configuration and data work directly in WinGen Admin and partner systems, including AI-assisted and automated runs, and document those runs so another person can execute them.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate blockers early, with context and a recommended path attached.
  • Maintain the documentation that makes a program repeatable: onboarding runbooks, decision logs, coverage records, and the account-facing reports that close a thread.
  • Report program health to leadership and to the customer, surfacing systemic patterns alongside individual incidents.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years owning delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with external enterprise counterparties.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a program from commercial agreement through to live production, including the detailed configuration work in between.
  • Comfortable moving between an executive conversation and a systems- or data-level discussion in the same afternoon.
  • Fluent in AI-augmented work, routinely using tools like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to compress discovery, draft requirements, and automate repetitive operational work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels: account teams, engineering, customers, and executive leadership.
  • Analytical and self-directed: makes the call, states the assumption behind it, and flags where it should be revisited.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in retail, home services, trades, or contractor businesses, particularly national third-party retail programs.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to validate your own data.
  • Experience with CRM or field-service platform integrations (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Exposure to API and webhook integrations as they relate to onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Background in enterprise partnerships, business development, or account ownership.
  • Prior experience as an engineer, analyst, or in a technical operations role.
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
  • Confirms that something is working rather than assuming it is, and goes into the system to check.
  • Comfortable owning an outcome across teams they do not manage.
  • Process-minded without being bureaucratic: writes the runbook because the next person will need it.
  • Calm and clear when a retailer escalates or a program has been down for weeks.
  • Takes ownership of the account relationship, not only the task in front of them.
