Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (must be able to work EST hours regardless of location)

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager Lead to support a large-scale Workday Talent Management initiative. This individual will serve as the business lead for a Workday workstream, ensuring successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong Workday implementation experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives while providing clear communication and visibility to stakeholders and leadership.

• Lead one or more Workday project workstreams from planning through execution.
• Create and maintain project management deliverables including:
• Project plans
• Schedules
• Status reports
• Project metrics
• Resource tracking
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure workstream activities remain on track.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate status reporting and roll workstream updates into program-level reporting.
• Support testing, readiness, deployment, and go-live planning activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to drive successful outcomes.
• Present project updates during team meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive-level forums.
• Ensure organizational readiness and adoption throughout implementation efforts.

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of project management experience

• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience leading projects and project delivery

• Experience supporting Workday implementations
• Strong knowledge of:
• Workday HCM
• Workday Talent Management
• Agile project delivery experience
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with:
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word
• Experience managing large, complex projects or transformational programs
• Strong experience with:

• Risk management
• Issue management
• Action and decision tracking
• Executive reporting
