Nursing Director

Nursing Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations | Georgia

We’re seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Georgia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is clinically strong but also brings a strong business and operational mindset and has experience leading ASC operations across multiple locations.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple ASCs
• Lead and support Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and ASC staff
• Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives and process improvement
• Support hiring, training, employee development, and performance management
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and administration on surgical standards, regulatory requirements, and workflows
• Support the development and opening of new surgery centers
• Work with external agencies and regulatory organizations as needed
• Travel between ASC locations

• Active RN license
• Strong ASC leadership and operations experience
• Multisite ASC experience strongly preferred
• Strong business judgment and operational decision-making skills
• Experience with ASC regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Experience with ACHC, AAAHC, The Joint Commission, or another surveying organization preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Travel between surgery center locations is required.
