Senior Benefits Manager

TalentBridge is partnering with a leading national organization to hire an experienced Senior Benefits Manager for its corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned benefits professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex challenges, and serving as a trusted subject matter expert across employee benefits, retirement plans, and compliance.

You'll play a key role in supporting comprehensive benefits programs for a large, complex workforce while working closely with HR leadership and external partners.

• Manage and support comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, pension, disability, and wellness benefits.
• Oversee benefits administration, eligibility accuracy, payroll deductions, vendor billing, and employee enrollment processes.
• Support pension and retirement plan administration, including compliance, vendor coordination, and plan-related activities.
• Analyze benefits data, conduct reconciliations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with HRIS, payroll, benefits vendors, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate data integrations and carrier file feeds.
• Support annual open enrollment, benefits renewals, employee communications, and plan changes.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations.
• Serve as a trusted resource for complex benefits questions, employee escalations, and special projects.

• 8+ years of experience in corporate employee benefits administration, ideally within a large or complex organization.
• Strong experience with health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and pension administration.
• Hands-on experience with benefits reconciliations, HRIS systems, carrier file feeds, and payroll-related benefits processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Experience managing benefits vendors, supporting open enrollment, and resolving complex administrative issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of complex benefits responsibilities.
