Staffing Recruiter

• Recruiter supporting a hotel staffing company by helping connect candidates with opportunities across hotel departments.
• Your impact: Matching qualified candidates with open roles helps hotel teams maintain the staffing they need to serve guests.

• Recruit for kitchen, maintenance, banquet staff, servers, and housekeeping positions.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish to understand their experience and discuss relevant openings.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and help candidates move through the hiring process.

• Required: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and candidate conversations with professionalism.
• Preferred: Recruiting or hospitality staffing experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Work Records systems is preferred but not required.

$44,200.00 - $46,800.00 per year
