Experience:

• Conducts comprehensive inspections and maintenance of diesel engines with integrated HVAC systems, ensuring both the engine's performance and the functionality of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units meet or exceed client expectations.
• Performs scheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication, to extend the lifespan of diesel equipment and reduce downtime.
• Utilizes diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex engine problems, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Collaborates with a team of mechanics to streamline repair processes and maximize shop productivity, reducing turnaround times for clients.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills when interacting with clients to explain repair procedures, provide cost estimates, and offer maintenance recommendations.
