22 years of professional experience in Aviation and General Manufacturing serving as a Machinist – CNC, Lathe, Mills, and Aircraft sheet metal, and maintenance mechanics.

Proficient and experienced in part fabrication, shop math, layout technique, testing, cutting, CMM and measurement, press–plate, grinding, diamond tooling, nesting, and CNC and Lathe full control mill operation.

Proficient in Mazak and Mazitrol, tight tolerances, and programming using Mastercam. NC Mills include Makino, Okuma, 3, and 5 axis.

Able to work from Blueprints, Diagrams, schematics, Drawings, and written or verbal work instructions.

Maintain close tolerances on various stainless and titanium parts and perform hardness tests on incoming casting.

Create parts from a blueprint, manufacturing operations, tooling instructions, or engineering instructions.
