Use 100X Recruiting with AI
Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini to find candidates, find people and check your jobs for you. You type in normal words. It answers in the chat.
For the 100X team and client firms. You sign in with your 100X Recruiting login. Free and trial firms get 3 candidates for each job they post and Contacts searches with LinkedIn links; paying firms get 50 searches a day plus email and phone, one person at a time.
Step 1Pick your AI app and connect it (one time only)
💬 ChatGPT
- Go to chatgpt.com and click Plugins in the left menu.
- Click the + button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name: 100X Recruiting. Server URL: copy this

- Tick I understand and want to continue, then click Create as a plugin.
- A 100X Recruiting window pops up. Sign in and click Approve.
- Open the new 100X Recruiting plugin and click + to install it. Done!
In a new chat, type @ and pick 100X Recruiting, then ask.
Needs a paid ChatGPT plan. On a Business plan, the workspace admin adds it. Older ChatGPT menus: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → Developer mode → Create.
🧠 Claude
- Go to claude.ai and open Settings → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Name: 100X Recruiting. URL: copy this

In a new chat, just ask. Say “100X Recruiting” so Claude knows where to look.
Once it's added, it works in the Claude app on your phone too. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add it first.

Not every Gemini account has this yet (for now, mostly personal accounts in the US). No “custom app” button? Use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok instead. Work accounts: your Google admin adds it.

What it won’t do
- It never shows emails or phone numbers. Click a person's link to see them on 100X Recruiting.
- Client firms see only their own jobs. Their own people show by name; others in the 100X network show first name and last initial.
- It never sends anything on its own. It saves only after you say yes: a skill, a job you post, or the hiring managers you pick going into a Smartlead draft, which sends only when you press Start on 100X Recruiting.
